Data Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop data models at the conceptual, logical, and physical stages.

• Supervise and provide direction to teams during data modeling processes.

• Assess data models created by development teams.

• Assist in the identification and utilization of corporate and shared information.

• Foster comprehension of the concepts related to the entities depicted in data models.

• Maintain the currency of data model and metadata repositories.

• Recommend enhancements and modifications to the enterprise data architecture.

• Perform impact assessments for suggested changes to corporate and shared data models.

• Generate technical reports and insights regarding the application of metadata at both the conceptual and logical levels.

• Aid in initiatives concerning data quality as well as master and reference data management.

• Contribute to creating corporate vocabularies, glossaries, data management methodologies, governance strategies, and other documentation pertinent to data management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed in Technology or a related field relevant to the professional role.

• Graduate degree in IT; alternatively, if a graduate degree is not held, proficiency in Oracle and/or PostgreSQL databases is required.

• Proficient in Oracle and/or PostgreSQL databases.

• Practical experience in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.

• Background in enterprise data architecture and metadata management.

• Hands-on experience with impact analysis and evaluation of data models.

• Familiarity with data quality, master data management, and reference data management.

• Experience in data management and governance practices.
