This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact between the data team and clients during the implementation of the Med-Metrix Suite of Products and Services.

• Collaborate closely with clients to ensure successful implementations by utilizing technical and analytical expertise.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects with designated MMX Data Team members in accordance with established data specifications.

• Identify potential project risks and work towards their mitigation to ensure successful project completion.

• Develop comprehensive project plans and organize implementation activities in a logical sequence.

• Facilitate discussions with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams regarding data-related matters.

• Analyze inbound account, payment, demographic, and charge files provided by customers using knowledge of SQL table structures.

• Create and upkeep project documentation, data specifications, diagrams, and process maps.

• Assist customers in troubleshooting data issues and review QA reports; lead discussions about operational impacts when necessary.

• Conduct weekly meetings, document meeting minutes, identify subsequent steps, and follow up on outstanding tasks.

• Assess the quality of project team outputs against project standards.

• Ensure project deliverables are timely, satisfactory, and of high quality.

• Lead teams during critical risk situations across both internal and client cross-functional teams.

• Escalate significant implementation-related risks and facilitate their prompt resolution.

• Handle, safeguard, and disclose patient PHI in compliance with HIPAA regulations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with SQL table structures is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Knowledge of the healthcare domain is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and innovative thinking.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely information.

• High level of integrity and reliability.

• A strong sense of urgency and a results-driven mindset.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasionally during non-standard hours.

• Ability to follow instructions, collaborate with team members, and manage stress effectively.

• Capability to meet the specified physical demands, including sitting, moving around the workspace, operating office equipment, reaching, kneeling, talking, and hearing.
