Danish-speaking Customer Expert – Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to customers of an international financial services firm via phone, email, and chat.

• Help with transactions, resolve technical issues, ensure consumer protection, and deliver general customer support.

• Operate within a dynamic global environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Danish: fluent/native speaker.

• Proficient in English: B2+ level.

• Applicants must currently be residing in Greece.

• Must possess a valid work permit/right to work in Greece.

• Willingness to work rotating shifts from 09:00 to 00:00.

• Initial contract duration: 8 months.
