Danish-speaking Customer Expert – Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Assist customers and agents with money transfers, payments, and technical inquiries through phone, email, and chat.

• Provide support for transactions.

• Help with fraud prevention measures.

• Offer exceptional customer care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent or native proficiency in Danish.

• Proficient in English at a B2+ level.

• Applicants must currently live in Greece.

• Must hold a valid work permit/right to work in Greece.

• Flexible availability for rotating shifts from 09:00–00:00, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.
