Cybersecurity Risk & Compliance Consultant, NIST CSF

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Perform a NIST CSF maturity assessment alongside client representatives.

• Review and enhance the current NIST assessment workbook for data collection, ensuring backwards compatibility and preparing for future assessments.

• Participate in planning workshops.

• Facilitate kick-off meetings with key stakeholders.

• Lead workshops and meetings with approximately 70 stakeholders via Microsoft Teams.

• Document insights gathered from stakeholders.

• Analyze and interpret data collected from workshops.

• Justify and update ratings, including necessary reviews and calibrations.

• Create and present a technical results report.

• Generate and deliver an executive report.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in conducting NIST CSF maturity assessments.

• Background with similar maturity assessments within the financial services industry.

• Strong comprehension of Information Security and Risk Management processes as well as industry standards.

• Ideally, 5+ years of experience in the Information Security field.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Methodical and analytical mindset, capable of producing timely and precise Information Security reports.

• Ability to simplify complex data for a non-technical audience.

• Effective communication skills with all organizational levels.

• Proactive, adaptable, independent, and pragmatic team player with a solutions-oriented approach.

• Certifications in Information Security, Risk, or Business Continuity such as CISM, ISO 27001, or ISO 22301 are advantageous.
