Cyber Security Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Investigate alerts and monitor network traffic utilizing the Darktrace platform along with relevant tools.

• Prepare clear and technical reports for clients detailing identified threats and suggested actions.

• Assist in evaluating risks and implementing foundational security measures.

• Recognize emerging threat trends and analyze campaigns within customer environments.

• Address customer inquiries through email or chat with precise and accurate information.

• Collaborate with team members to exchange strategies and best practices.

• Contribute to both internal and external knowledge sharing, including writing technical blog posts.

• Stay updated on trends and developments in cybersecurity.

• Aid customers in adopting and optimizing the Darktrace platform through consulting efforts.

• Uphold stringent standards for data security and confidentiality.

• Familiarity with network protocols and security concepts.

• Experience in technical writing or reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, with the ability to perform technical writing and deliver consultancy services in those languages is a plus.
