This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Act as the clinical, on-label subject matter expert regarding UNLOXCYT’s mechanism of action, administration protocol, safety profile, and clinical advantages.
• Provide training for nursing staff, pharmacists, and advanced practice providers at infusion centers on product handling, adverse-event management, and patient guidance.
• Recognize and address educational necessities within designated accounts.
• Offer onboarding assistance to new prescribers and care locations.
• Instruct infusion center teams on principles of immuno-oncology, infusion/injection techniques, adverse-event identification, and drug–drug interactions.
• Collaborate with Sun Pharma commercial teams for strategic account planning and execution.
• Represent Sun Pharma at local, regional, and national industry events.
• Utilize clinical insights and feedback from healthcare professionals to shape field tactics and national strategies.
• Engage compliantly with patient advocacy organizations to bolster disease awareness and treatment comprehension initiatives.
• Assist in creating internal training materials and enhancing field-force education and clinical knowledge.
• Work together with other Clinical Nurse Educators to ensure coverage across territories.
• Evaluate the healthcare landscape.
• Leverage analytics to formulate clinical education strategies for healthcare professionals.
• Assess the effectiveness of engagement and address continuing educational needs.
• A valid RN license is required.
• A BSN is mandatory.
• An MSN or other advanced nursing degree (NP, APRN, DNP) is highly encouraged.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinic environment is necessary.
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in oncology/immunology nursing is required.
• OCN/AOCN/AOCNP certification is desirable, or a willingness to obtain it within 18 months of employment.
• Preferably, 2+ years of experience as a field-based nurse educator or commercial educator.
• Infusion experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with oncology biologics, immunotherapies, or buy-and-bill products is highly preferred.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Capability to convey complex scientific information into engaging, patient-centric, actionable content.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities are required.
• Familiarity with PHRMA and Sunshine Act reporting requirements is necessary.
• Ability to rapidly and thoroughly grasp new subject matters.
• Emotional intelligence and a positive outlook in uncertain situations are important.
• Initiative, drive, and readiness to work urgently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
• Strong business acumen and capability to analyze and apply data are required.
• Experience and relationships with healthcare providers in the designated geography are crucial.
• Must reside within the territory.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%, including overnight stays, is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive.
• Willingness to adhere to vendor credentialing standards, including vaccination requirements at healthcare facilities.
