This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support through email and telephone.

• Recognize customer needs and present the product offerings.

• Supply details regarding contract terms, bills, and cancellation policies.

• Maintain customer satisfaction levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in spoken Swedish.

• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.

• Solid working knowledge of MS Office.

• Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred.

• Confident and professional demeanor on the phone.

• Target-driven personality, friendly, and communicative.

• Must possess personal hardware (PC and/or laptop) for work purposes.

• Internet speed of over 50.000 Mbit/s is required.
