This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kosovo.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service through email and phone communication.

• Recognize customer needs and present the product offerings accordingly.

• Supply details regarding contractual agreements, invoices, and cancellation policies.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in spoken Swedish.

• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.

• Familiarity with MS Office applications.

• Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is advantageous.

• Must be confident and professional when communicating over the phone.

• Possess a target-driven mindset along with a friendly and communicative nature.

• Must be based in Kosovo.

• Required to have personal hardware (PC and/or laptop) for work purposes.

• Internet bandwidth specifications must be met as outlined in the application form.
