This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service through both email and phone communications.

• Recognize customer needs and present the product offerings accordingly.

• Offer details about contractual agreements, invoices, and cancellation policies.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in spoken Swedish.

• Strong command of English in both verbal and written forms.

• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.

• Experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred.

• Confident and professional demeanor on the phone.

• Target-driven individual with a friendly and communicative nature.

• Ability to work from Bosnia.

• Must possess personal hardware (PC and/or laptop) for work purposes.

• Internet connection with a bandwidth exceeding 50.000 Mbit/s.
