This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +13 more states.
β’ Deliver customer support through phone, email, and ticketing systems for a book publisher.
β’ Respond to inquiries regarding orders, customizations, and the product's methodologies.
β’ Assist parents, educators, and school administrators who are unfamiliar with the books and methodologies.
β’ Handle phone calls during each shift.
β’ Self-manage a minimum of 10 hours per week.
β’ Operate within production hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Pacific Time.
β’ Commit to a minimum of 90 days as required.
β’ Previous teaching or educational experience is essential.
β’ Experience in customer service through phone, email, and ticketing systems.
β’ Willingness to engage in phone calls during every shift.
β’ Friendly and professional demeanor on the phone.
β’ Strong grammar, spelling, and writing abilities.
β’ Capability to adhere to documentation.
β’ Familiarity with Zendesk and HubSpot is advantageous.
β’ Access to a dedicated laptop or desktop running Windows 11 or a later version.
β’ Minimum of 8 GB of RAM.
β’ Dependable internet connection.
β’ High-quality headset equipped with a noise-canceling microphone.
β’ Quiet, distraction-free environment for conducting calls.
β’ Willingness to install ModSquad security software.
β’ Two-factor authentication activated on both the device and mobile phone.
β’ Flexibility to self-schedule a minimum of 10 hours per week.
β’ Commitment of 90 days as necessary.
