This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing customer interactions via phone calls, voicemails, and emails.
• Address inquiries from healthcare providers, sales personnel, and other internal stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve questions, service challenges, and customer complaints.
• Recognize and escalate high-priority issues when necessary.
• Stay informed about sales policies, organizational structure, territory designations, and sales initiatives.
• Document new processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Provide precise and professional customer service.
• Fulfill necessary training and assessments.
• Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Assist with special projects and process improvements that enhance customer experience and sales strategies.
• Collaborate within the Customer Care Center to support healthcare providers and patients.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service setting dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work successfully across teams and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Capability to work independently while maintaining adherence to schedules.
• Proficient in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support context.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector.
• Preferred experience supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service setting.
• Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday, from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
