This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center.
• Deliver responsive and professional services via phone, voicemail, and email.
• Collaborate with various teams throughout the Customer Care Center.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer interactions from providers, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders.
• Investigate and address inquiries, service challenges, and customer grievances.
• Recognize and escalate high-priority issues when necessary.
• Stay updated on sales policies, organizational structures, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
• Record new procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide accurate and professional service while adhering to attendance and scheduling expectations.
• Fulfill required training and assessments.
• Follow Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Assist with special initiatives and enhance processes that improve customer experience and support sales strategies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service setting focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work effectively across teams and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Commitment to maintaining schedule adherence.
• Proficiency in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support context.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector.
• Preferred: Background in supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service setting.
• Availability to work from Tuesday to Saturday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
