This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing customer interactions through phone, voicemail, and email channels.
• Investigate and address inquiries, service-related issues, and customer grievances.
• Recognize and escalate urgent concerns when necessary.
• Keep up-to-date with sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales strategies.
• Record new procedures and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Provide precise and professional service while adhering to attendance and scheduling requirements.
• Complete all mandatory training and assessments.
• Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center.
• Collaborate with teams across the Customer Care Center.
• Support special projects and contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience and sales strategies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service setting with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work effectively across teams and adjust to shifting priorities.
• Ability to work independently and maintain adherence to schedules.
• Proficient in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support context.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector.
• Preferred: experience supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service environment.
