This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing customer interactions, including phone calls, voicemails, and email inquiries from providers, sales teams, and other internal customers.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries, service challenges, and customer complaints.
• Recognize and escalate high-priority issues as necessary.
• Stay updated on sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
• Document new processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Provide precise and professional service while adhering to attendance and scheduling expectations.
• Fulfill mandatory training and assessments.
• Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center.
• Collaborate with teams throughout the Customer Care Center.
• Contribute to special initiatives and assist in refining processes that enhance the customer experience and bolster sales strategies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service setting focused on providing outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong skills in verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organization, and interpersonal relations.
• Capability to work effectively across teams and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Ability to operate independently and maintain adherence to schedules.
• Proficient in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support context.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
• Preferred: Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector.
• Preferred: Experience supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service environment.
