This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center.
• Deliver prompt and professional service via phone, voicemail, and email.
• Collaborate with various teams throughout the Customer Care Center.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer interactions from providers, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries, service issues, and customer complaints.
• Recognize and escalate urgent concerns when necessary.
• Stay updated on sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
• Document new procedures and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Provide accurate and professional service while adhering to attendance and scheduling expectations.
• Complete mandatory training and assessments.
• Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Assist with special initiatives and contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience and support sales strategies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• At least three (3) years of customer service experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service setting focused on delivering outstanding customer experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently across teams and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Capability to work independently while adhering to schedules.
• Proficiency in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support role.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector (preferred).
• Experience supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service environment (preferred).
