This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center.
• Deliver prompt and professional assistance through phone, voicemail, and email communications.
• Collaborate with various teams across the Customer Care Center.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer interactions from providers, sales teams, and other internal clients.
• Investigate and address inquiries, service challenges, and customer grievances.
• Recognize and elevate high-priority issues as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales policies, organizational layout, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
• Document new processes and opportunities for enhancement.
• Provide accurate and professional service while fulfilling attendance and scheduling requirements.
• Complete all required training and assessments.
• Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Contribute to special initiatives, enhance processes, improve customer experiences, and support sales strategies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience is necessary.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service setting focused on providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to work efficiently across teams and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining adherence to schedules.
• Proficient in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support setting.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
• Preferred: Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare industry.
• Preferred: Experience supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service environment.
