This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center.
• Deliver prompt, professional service through phone, voicemail, and email communications.
• Collaborate with teams across the Customer Care Center.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer interactions from providers, sales teams, and other internal clients.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries, service challenges, and customer grievances.
• Recognize and escalate urgent issues when necessary.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
• Record new procedures and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Adhere to attendance and scheduling expectations.
• Fulfill mandatory training and assessment requirements.
• Abide by Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Assist with special projects and enhance processes that improve customer experience and support sales strategies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service role focused on providing outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to effectively collaborate across teams and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Capability to work independently while adhering to the schedule.
• Proficient in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support setting.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector.
• Preferred experience in supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service environment.
