This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing customer interactions through phone calls, voicemails, and emails.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries, service-related issues, and customer complaints.
• Recognize and escalate urgent matters when necessary.
• Keep up-to-date with sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
• Document new procedures and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Provide accurate and professional service while fulfilling attendance and scheduling expectations.
• Complete all necessary training and assessments.
• Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center.
• Collaborate with teams across the Customer Care Center.
• Support special projects and contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience and support sales strategies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service role focused on delivering outstanding customer experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, alongside problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of working effectively across teams and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to scheduled commitments.
• Proficient in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support setting.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
• Preferred: Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector.
• Preferred: Background in supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service environment.
