This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver prompt and professional assistance via phone, voicemail, and email.
• Collaborate with various teams within the Customer Care Center.
• Handle both incoming and outgoing communications from providers, sales teams, and other internal clients.
• Investigate and address inquiries, service issues, and customer grievances.
• Recognize and escalate urgent matters when necessary.
• Stay updated on sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
• Record new procedures and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Adhere to attendance and scheduling expectations.
• Fulfill required training and assessments.
• Abide by Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Assist with special projects and enhance processes that improve customer experience and support sales strategies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service setting focused on providing outstanding customer experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work efficiently across teams and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining schedule compliance.
• Proficiency in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector.
• Preferred: experience aiding healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service environment.
