This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center.
• Deliver prompt and professional service through phone, voicemail, and email communications.
• Collaborate with various teams across the Customer Care Center.
• Handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions from providers, sales teams, and other internal clients.
• Investigate and address inquiries, service challenges, and customer complaints.
• Recognize and escalate urgent concerns when necessary.
• Stay informed about sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
• Record new procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide precise and professional service while fulfilling attendance and scheduling requirements.
• Complete mandatory training and evaluations.
• Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Assist with special initiatives and enhance processes that improve the customer experience and bolster sales strategies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service environment focused on providing outstanding customer experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to work effectively across teams and adjust to shifting priorities.
• Ability to work autonomously while adhering to schedules.
• Proficient in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support setting.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector.
• Preferred: Experience supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service setting.
