This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist healthcare professionals and patients within the Customer Care Center.
• Deliver prompt and professional service through phone, voicemail, and email communications.
• Collaborate with various teams across the Customer Care Center.
• Handle both incoming and outgoing communications from providers, sales teams, and other internal clients.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries, service challenges, and customer complaints.
• Recognize and escalate urgent issues when necessary.
• Stay updated on sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
• Record new procedures and identify opportunities for enhancements.
• Provide precise, professional service while adhering to attendance and scheduling requirements.
• Complete all mandatory training sessions and assessments.
• Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Assist with special initiatives and contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience and support sales strategies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience is necessary.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service setting focused on providing outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work efficiently across teams and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Ability to operate independently while maintaining adherence to schedules.
• Proficient in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector.
• Preferred: Background in supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal partners in a high-volume customer service environment.
