This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center.
• Deliver prompt, professional service through phone, voicemail, and email.
• Collaborate with various teams across the Customer Care Center.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer communications from providers, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries, service challenges, and customer complaints.
• Recognize and escalate high-priority issues when necessary.
• Stay informed about sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
• Document new processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Provide accurate, professional service while adhering to attendance and scheduling expectations.
• Complete mandatory training and assessments.
• Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Contribute to special initiatives and refine processes that enhance the customer experience and bolster sales strategies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service setting focused on providing outstanding customer experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work effectively across teams and adjust to shifting priorities.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining adherence to schedules.
• Proficient in using a computer and telephone concurrently in a customer support environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center in the healthcare sector (preferred).
• Experience in supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service setting (preferred).
• Availability to work from Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
