This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center.
• Deliver prompt and professional service across phone, voicemail, and email communications.
• Collaborate with teams throughout the Customer Care Center.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications from providers, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries, service challenges, and customer complaints.
• Identify and elevate high-priority issues when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
• Document new procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide accurate, professional service while adhering to attendance and scheduling expectations.
• Complete all necessary training and assessments.
• Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Support special initiatives and enhance processes that improve customer experiences and bolster sales strategies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service role focused on providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively across teams and adjust to changing priorities.
• Capability to work independently while adhering to scheduled commitments.
• Proficient in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support context.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
• Preferred: Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector.
• Preferred: Experience supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service setting.
