This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist healthcare professionals and patients within the Customer Care Center.
• Deliver prompt and professional assistance through phone, voicemail, and email channels.
• Collaborate with various teams across the Customer Care Center.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer communications from providers, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries, service challenges, and customer grievances.
• Recognize and escalate urgent issues when necessary.
• Stay updated on sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
• Record new procedures and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Adhere to attendance and scheduling requirements.
• Complete mandatory training and assessments.
• Follow Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience and support sales efforts.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience is necessary.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service setting, with a focus on exceptional customer experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to a schedule.
• Proficient in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support role.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector.
• Preferred: Experience assisting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service setting.
• Availability to work Sunday through Thursday, from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
