Customer Support Specialist, Danish Speakers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Danish

• Strong command of English at B2 level or above

• Comfort and curiosity in working with new technologies

• Prior customer-facing experience is beneficial, but not essential

• Clear, professional, and effective communication skills

• Ability to stay patient, understanding, and client-focused

• Must reside in Portugal or be willing to relocate

• Must be a resident of a country within the European Union

• CV must be submitted in English
