Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries via email and social media with precision, empathy, and professionalism.

• Oversee customer tickets and workflows utilizing Gorgias.

• Manage order-related requests through Shopify, which includes reshipping orders, processing refunds, and updating order statuses.

• Support customers with subscription-related inquiries and account management.

• Recognize recurring customer issues and suggest enhancements to support processes and the overall customer experience.

• Work collaboratively with the internal team to ensure customer support efforts align with company standards and business goals.

• Ensure consistent coverage and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during periods of growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service/support, preferably in e-commerce.

• Strong technical skills with Shopify.

• Familiarity with Gorgias or similar customer support tools.

• Proven attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to finding solutions.

• Dependable, consistent, and trustworthy, capable of taking ownership with minimal supervision.

• Proficient written English (perfect grammar is less crucial; clarity and professionalism are essential).

• Knowledge of Skio or other subscription management platforms.

• Previous experience with startups or rapidly growing businesses.

• Background in operations or basic order management.

• Currently living in the Philippines and legally authorized to work there.

• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace prepared for remote work.
