Customer Support Specialist – 1099 Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clinics currently utilizing Physitrack's RTM platform, guiding them from policy acceptance to the initial patient enrollment and the first episode achieving CPT eligibility.

• Address clinicians' inquiries regarding remote review time, billable codes, and copays outside of Medicare.

• Create resources for sales and customer success teams and train them on effective usage.

• Participate in calls with prospective customers where your clinical credibility can enhance the discussion.

• Provide education and support to clinicians without engaging in clinical monitoring or accessing patient clinical data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with RTM / CMS codes.

• Licensed Physical Therapist.

• Experience in outpatient private practice is preferred.

• Ability to communicate effectively by phone with busy and skeptical practice owners.

• Passion for influencing and changing perspectives.

• Availability for approximately 1–10 hours per week during U.S. hours.

• This is a 1099 contractor opportunity.
