Customer Support Representative – Native-Speaking Telephone Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide telephone support to guests during non-office hours

• Manage incoming customer inquiries, mainly from arriving guests

• Assist guests during the check-in process

• Stay available by phone when the offices in Germany are closed

⛳️ Requirements

• Native speaker

• Confident, friendly, and professional communication style

• Ability to work independently and reliably with strong time management skills

• Must possess personal technical equipment (phone/headset and stable internet connection)

• Preferred: Experience in the hospitality or real estate sectors

• Preferred: Familiarity with CRM systems (Monday)
