Customer Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Deliver first-level assistance to clients of a contemporary energy supplier

• Provide friendly, dependable, and straightforward support regarding green electricity, tariff options, contract inquiries, appointments, and general service-related topics

• Manage customer calls based on pre-scheduled appointments

• Address written inquiries through email

• Offer structured, service-oriented customer assistance solely at the first level

• Aid customers in navigating the modern energy sector

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German at a native level

• Enjoy delivering customer support via phone while maintaining professional communication

• Possess a service-oriented, amiable, and patient work ethic

• Capable of understanding, categorizing, and resolving customer queries in a clear and solution-focused manner

• Display an interest in energy, sustainability, and digital services

• Strong written communication skills, especially in email correspondence

• Dependable, organized, and accountable in managing customer information

• Initial experience in customer support, call center operations, customer service, or the energy sector is beneficial but not mandatory

• Availability to start in mid-November or early December
