This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service through email and phone communications.

• Recognize customer needs and present the available product offerings.

• Supply details regarding contractual agreements, invoices, and cancellation policies.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in spoken Finnish.

• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.

• Solid working knowledge of MS Office applications.

• Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred.

• Must be confident and professional while communicating over the phone.

• Target-oriented, friendly, and communicative personality.

• Must possess personal hardware (PC and/or laptop) for work purposes.

• Internet bandwidth requirements must be adhered to as stated in the application form.

• Collaboration will be on a freelance basis (not an employment contract).
