This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer support for bol.com, a leading e-commerce platform serving the Netherlands and Belgium.

• Operate fully remotely from any location within Portugal.

• Commit to a 40-hour work week with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

• Engage in comprehensive paid training sessions.

• Relocate to Portugal if necessary, with relocation assistance provided.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch at a fluent or native level.

• Comfortable in a customer-facing environment.

• Available for full-time employment and flexible rotating shifts.

• Possess EU citizenship or valid residence/work authorization for Portugal.

• Submit an updated CV in English.
