This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer service for bol.com, a leading e-commerce platform operating in the Netherlands and Belgium.

• Enjoy the flexibility of working fully remotely from any location within Portugal.

• Commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with shifts rotating from Monday to Sunday.

• Proficient in Dutch at a fluent or native level.

• Comfortable engaging in a customer-facing position.

• Available for full-time employment and adaptable to rotating shifts.

• Must possess EU citizenship or valid residence/work authorization in Portugal.

• Current CV in English is required.
