This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond to, assess, and prioritize service requests received through phone, voicemail, email, and various other channels related to banking software support.
• Record and monitor requests in the company’s customer management tracking system, detailing the actions taken to resolve them.
• Assist in the implementation of new software releases for the supported bank-processing applications.
• Centralize documentation of resolutions for internal and customer knowledge sharing.
• Engage in bank conversion, merger, and acquisition teams as required.
• Support major projects and initiatives.
• Participate in assessments, project planning, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors on behalf of clients.
• Analyze and evaluate service requests to discern trends and propose recommendations.
• Execute other assigned duties.
• Provide banking application support to Navanta bank customers by addressing inquiries regarding applications, functions, issue resolution, and training.
• Work under the direction of the Director of Customer Support and partner with colleagues across the organization.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, or a High School Diploma/GED with equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of three years of previous experience in the banking or financial sector is preferred.
• At least three years of prior experience in direct client support is desirable.
• Prior experience with Fiserv Premier Deposit and General Ledger core banking software is preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Familiarity with Fiserv Premier and Fiserv ancillary software, or the willingness to learn.
• Understanding of item processing, or the capacity to learn.
• Highly proficient in working with computers and various software applications.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with precision and attention to detail.
• Competence to work effectively under deadline pressure.
• Commitment to ownership and accountability in resolving issues.
• Self-motivated and an independent learner.
• Ability to function in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.

• Capability to sit and use hands for handling or manipulating objects, tools, or controls.
• Frequent communication is necessary; occasional standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be required.
• Occasional lifting or moving of items up to 10 pounds, generally at waist height and up to distances of 50 feet.
