This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support through email and phone communication.

• Recognize customer needs and present the available product offerings.

• Offer details regarding contractual agreements, invoices, and cancellation policies.

• Maintain customer satisfaction at all times.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in spoken Danish.

• Strong command of English in both verbal and written forms.

• Competent in using MS Office applications.

• Experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred.

• Confident and professional demeanor on the phone.

• Target-oriented personality with a friendly and communicative approach.

• Must reside in Serbia.

• Possess personal hardware (PC and/or laptop) for work purposes.

• Internet bandwidth requirement specified in the application: a minimum of 50.000 Mbit/s.
