This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service via email and phone.

• Assess customer needs and present the relevant product offerings.

• Offer details regarding contractual terms, invoices, and cancellation policies.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Danish.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Solid understanding of MS Office applications.

• Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is advantageous.

• Demonstrates confidence and professionalism when communicating over the phone.

• Possesses a target-driven, friendly, and engaging personality.

• Must have personal hardware (PC and/or laptop) for work purposes.

• Requires internet bandwidth exceeding 50,000 Mbit/s.
