This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kosovo.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer service through email and phone communication.

• Recognize customer needs and present the product offerings.

• Offer details regarding contract terms, invoices, and cancellation policies.

• Guarantee customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in spoken Danish.

• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.

• Adept in using MS Office applications.

• Experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred.

• Must be confident and professional when communicating over the phone.

• Must possess a target-driven attitude, with a friendly and communicative nature.

• Must be located in Kosovo for work.

• Personal hardware (PC and/or laptop) is necessary for the position.

• Internet connection must meet the requirement of over 50,000 Mbit/s as stated in the application.
