This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support through email and phone communication.

• Recognize customer needs and present the product offerings.

• Supply details regarding contractual conditions, invoices, and cancellation policies.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in spoken Danish.

• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.

• Good familiarity with MS Office applications.

• Previous experience in Sales or Telemarketing is preferred.

• Confident and professional demeanor on the phone.

• Target-oriented personality, friendly, and communicative.

• Ability to work from Croatia.

• Must possess personal hardware (PC and/or laptop) and meet the internet bandwidth criteria specified in the application.
