Customer Support Consultant, German & English C1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Provide customer support through emails, chats, and phone calls.

• Adhere to internal protocols and standard operating procedures.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve timely issue resolution.

• Safeguard sensitive customer information effectively.

• Implement practices that enhance customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client solutions and strive to meet key performance indicators.

• Interact with developers and cross-functional team members.

• Assist clients of a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service provider, catering to technology companies and industry leaders across over 30 countries and in 60 languages.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German and English (C1 or higher), both spoken and written.

• Minimum of 6–12 months experience in customer support.

• Excellent analytical and research abilities.

• A positive, proactive, and responsible demeanor.

• A personal computer with a minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• A stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload speeds.
