📋 Description

• Perform data entry and administrative duties to assist client requests

• Deliver timely, precise, and compliant support via phone, email, and chat

• Initiate outbound calls to gather or confirm necessary information

• Review, process, and validate driver, compliance, and employment documents

• Complete an average of 8–10 tasks per hour while ensuring accuracy

• Conduct employment verifications and gather required data

• Record customer interactions and results in CRM systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Utilize phone queues and tools like Dialpad to manage call traffic

• Elevate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams

• Provide professional, high-quality customer service

• Commit to scheduled monthly shifts averaging around 25 hours per week during Eastern Time support hours

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Prior experience in customer service or SaaS support is preferred but not mandatory

• Experience in a professional office or corporate customer service setting is advantageous

• Comfortable navigating CRM systems, working across various platforms, and using phone-based support tools

• Willing and capable of adhering to established procedures while handling sensitive information responsibly

• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing

• Must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Wisconsin
