Customer Support Analyst, Tax Invoices

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver user assistance for the issuance of electronic tax invoices (NF-e, NFS-e, and NFC-e) in compliance with relevant legislation.

• Support both internal and external customers by addressing inquiries related to the issuance and cancellation of tax documents.

• Aid in the integration and configuration of systems pertaining to tax invoices and tax/accounting ERPs.

• Review, validate, and confirm tax data prior to issuance.

• Detect and rectify discrepancies in the issuance and transmission of invoices.

• Assist customers in accurately issuing electronic tax invoices, ensuring adherence to current tax legislation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic to intermediate understanding of NF-e, NFS-e, and NFC-e issuance.

• Fundamental knowledge of the tax laws applicable to invoice issuance.

• Familiarity with ICMS, ISS, PIS, and COFINS.

• Experience or initial exposure to systems for issuing tax invoices and ERPs.

• Background in assisting customers through chat, WhatsApp, and email.

• Capability to guide customers through operational inquiries.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when verifying tax data.

• Degree in Accounting completed or in progress.
