This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Address customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone using both inbound and outbound channels.
• Utilize logical questioning techniques to efficiently gather relevant information from customers.
• Negotiate solutions and propose appropriate actions to prevent escalation of issues.
• Optimize opportunities for revenue generation.
• Conduct precise data entry and manage time according to resource planners.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to gather missing information.
• Achieve pre-established team and operational sales and service KPIs along with role-specific behaviors.
• Navigate the escalation process for customer resolutions with empathy.
• Engage with multiple back offices, internal tools, and third-party game providers to address and resolve customer inquiries.
• Assist customers experiencing payment processing issues with credit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, crypto, and Paysafe.
• Guide customers through KYC procedures while closely coordinating with the Risk team.
• Collaborate with the VIP, Marketing, and Risk/Payments departments.
• Issue bonuses and free spins to customers.
• Encourage customer engagement to boost player activity.
• Support the development, execution, and maintenance of processes for the Information Security Management System.
• Carry out tasks as assigned by the CEO and managers that fall within the role's scope.
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar customer-facing position is preferred.
• Must possess fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
• Ability to actively listen, empathize, and communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds and varying levels of technical expertise.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in utilizing customer support software, CRM systems, and other related tools.
• Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks at once.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
• A positive attitude, patience, and a sincere desire to assist customers.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
