Customer Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist customers by attentively addressing their concerns, collecting relevant information, diagnosing issues, analyzing needs, fulfilling requests, and escalating matters when necessary.

• Perform research to provide answers to customer inquiries by collaborating with various departments within the organization.

• Address customer requests promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction before closing the request.

• Document all customer interactions in the ticketing system with comprehensive details.

• Contribute to team knowledge enhancement by sharing insights from complex situations.

• Primarily work Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend shifts and participation in a rotating on-call schedule.

• Travel as necessary to conduct on-site training sessions and attend trade shows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, possess a minimum of two years of experience in customer service, demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in Windows environments and Microsoft Office 365.

• A strong dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team to achieve set objectives and meet deadlines.

• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with the automotive parts industry (preferred).

• Understanding of accounting principles (preferred).

• Bilingual fluency in English and French, both spoken and written (preferred).
