Customer Success Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Implement the complete software development lifecycle to create integrations and enhancements

• Produce clean, testable code

• Integrate software components into cohesive, functional systems

• Diagnose, debug, and upgrade existing systems

• Deploy and maintain systems in production settings

• Monitor performance and stability utilizing dashboards and alerts

• Adhere to Agile methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and task refinement

• Ensure seamless feature deployment and product upgrades

• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Project Managers, and Fraud Analysts to grasp client requirements

• Convert client requirements into technical specifications

• Deliver resilient, scalable solutions to support client success

• Implement and customize fraud risk scoring systems for financial institutions in both on-premise and cloud environments

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Over 7 years of experience in Java or another contemporary programming language

• Proficient in SQL or NoSQL databases

• Familiarity with tools such as Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, or Postman is advantageous

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

• Experience engaging directly with clients in a consultative, solution-oriented manner

• Ability to adapt in dynamic environments

• Capacity to resolve complex technical issues
