Customer Success Manager, Major Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Establishing and maintaining the primary relationship with our customers (dealerships) and coordinating with both external and internal stakeholders as required.

• Implementing a structured approach to proactively communicate ROI - recognizing risks and reducing churn.

• Assessing our customers' performance through data analysis and collaborating with them to enhance their success.

• Shaping our customers' future lifetime value by promoting high product adoption, satisfaction, and overall customer health.

• Partnering with cross-functional teams to create strategies that fulfill our customers' needs and maximize revenue opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess experience working with Enterprise-level Automotive clients, including large dealer groups or OEMs.

• Background in digital advertising, specifically with Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.

• Must currently hold certifications in the following Google platforms, or be able to obtain them within the first 30 days of employment: Google Ads (Display), Google Ads (Search), Google Analytics (GA4), and PMAX.

• High proficiency in utilizing data to drive business focus and informed decision-making.

• Capability to establish and execute follow-up processes.

• Experience with CRM systems.

• Strong independent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to change.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong work ethic with high energy levels.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.
