Data and CRM Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Execute advanced data manipulation and cleaning tasks in Excel utilizing Text-to-Columns, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Custom Sort, and intricate formulas.

• Oversee, update, and sustain client and loan records in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems.

• Integrate and reconcile data from various sources.

• Document CRM workflows, encompassing Salesforce flows and HubSpot automations.

• Create and distribute CRM reports for operational decision-making, compliance, and performance evaluation.

• Detect data discrepancies, errors, and gaps, and implement corrective measures.

• Leverage AI tools and automation technologies to enhance data processes and reporting efficiency.

• Collaborate with teams on data management, CRM utilization, and improvements in automation.

• Provide training and support to staff regarding CRM best practices and data integrity standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines.

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other comparable CRM systems.

• Familiarity with AI-driven tools and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Python scripting).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Excellent written communication skills for documenting technical processes.

• Capability to work independently and remotely with a reliable internet connection and home office setup.

• Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is preferred.

• Knowledge of process mapping or flow diagramming tools is preferred.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is preferred.
