Customer Success Manager – Commercial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of corporate clients utilizing Arctic Wolf’s CyberSOC solution.

• Meet renewal and growth objectives by employing consultative selling strategies.

• Actively listen to clients and relay feedback to the organization.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by conducting quarterly account assessments.

• Represent management in negotiations to promote additional Arctic Wolf service offerings.

• Guide clients using expertise in domain and product knowledge to shape future development plans.

• Organize and prioritize a high volume of tasks and requests effectively.

• Address customer issues and requests promptly, clarify the sources and impacts of issues, assess potential solutions, and advise customers on alternative options when feasible.

• Design and manage automated systems to predict and alert on at-risk customers.

• Develop risk management strategies to secure at-risk accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of proven success in a sales position, ideally within a technology firm.

• Strong preference for candidates with field sales experience.

• Capacity to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong inclination towards technology.

• Familiarity with spreadsheets and experience using Salesforce.

• Exceptional commitment to customer service, business excellence, and data security.

• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to inspire others with enthusiasm, quality, and dedication.

• Proficient in technology related to keyboard operations, verbal communication, and visual acuity for device screens.

• Ability to navigate company office locations if working on-site.

• Capability to utilize both public and private transport for business travel.

• May be required to lift or move items weighing 25 pounds or less.
