Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Acquiring and overseeing the agency's clientele

• Engaging in communication and project coordination with clients

• Addressing and resolving issues related to client projects

• Collaborating with developers and designers to relay project details

• Completing projects and internally transferring them within the agency

• Exceptional communication abilities and a willingness to engage with clients

• Dedication and a positive demeanor when working alongside clients

• A keen interest in media and marketing services

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a spirit of teamwork

• Class B driving license (car)

• Proficiency in both English and German
