This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the key technical authority on the Cyera Platform
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with customers ranging from practitioners to executives
• Encourage customer adoption through effective onboarding and training
• Comprehend customer needs, challenges, and desired business outcomes
• Create and deliver tailored use cases utilizing a consultative approach
• Promote ongoing platform adoption, customer engagement, growth, and achievement of business and technology objectives
• Identify and address challenges or barriers to customer success in coordination with peers
• Champion customer feedback and impact Cyera’s roadmap and product development
• Utilize self-paced training materials to enhance customer education and knowledge advancement
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues impacting customers
• Track and report on customer health using various health and usage metrics
• Formulate joint success plans alongside customers
• Document and disseminate best practices both internally and externally
• Guide team members and assist in their professional growth
• Engage in the interviewing and onboarding process for new team members
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to assess progress and pinpoint areas for improvement
• Travel 25–50% annually to connect directly with clients
• Associate degree or equivalent experience is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is advantageous
• 12 years of experience showcasing strong project management skills, enabling effective planning, organization, and execution of multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail
• Self-motivated individual comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, and deadline-driven startup environment
• Results-driven mindset with a proven history of fostering revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, encouraging feature adoption, and maximizing customer retention
• Previous experience collaborating with Development teams
• Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (such as Python or equivalent), and practical experience with cloud environments
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience with data and cloud technologies, including databases, cloud infrastructure, and basic administration such as cloud networking, data and compute assets, IAM, and permissions
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages, and knowledge of APIs and web services
• Proven expertise in DLP, Data Privacy/Protection, DSPM/CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management, with hands-on experience preferred
• Previous experience in a technical customer-facing role within a software company
• Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships, including onboarding, renewal, and expansion
• Self-driven, proactive, innovative team player who aims to inspire customer loyalty
• Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills for cultivating and nurturing strategic relationships
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication abilities for conveying complex information
• Proficient in leading executive meetings and technical workshops
• Capability to work independently on complex challenges and tasks with minimal documentation
