This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main technical authority on the Cyera Platform.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with clients ranging from practitioners to executives.
• Foster customer engagement through effective onboarding and training.
• Comprehend customer needs, challenges, and targeted business outcomes.
• Create and present tailored use cases utilizing a consultative approach.
• Promote ongoing platform adoption, customer value, ROI, continuous engagement, and expansion.
• Identify and mitigate obstacles hindering customer success.
• Collaborate with colleagues and Development teams.
• Champion customer feedback and impact the product roadmap.
• Utilize self-paced training materials to facilitate customer education.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues faced by customers.
• Monitor and report on customer health and usage metrics.
• Develop collaborative success plans with customers.
• Document and disseminate best practices both internally and externally.
• Guide team members and promote professional growth.
• Engage in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Travel 25–50% annually to interact directly with clients.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or comparable experience is advantageous.
• At least 12 years of experience demonstrating strong project management capabilities.
• Self-motivated individual capable of excelling in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven startup environment.
• Proven track record of enhancing revenue growth, customer satisfaction, feature adoption, and customer retention.
• Previous experience working in collaboration with Development teams.
• Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages like Python, and cloud environments.
• Over 3 years of practical experience with data technologies and cloud solutions, including databases, cloud infrastructure, cloud networking, data and compute assets, IAM, and permissions.
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages, APIs, and web services.
• Expertise in DLP, Data Privacy/Protection, DSPM/CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management; hands-on experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a technical customer-facing role within a software company.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships, including onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
• Self-driven, proactive, and innovative team player.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer relations abilities.
• Clear and articulate verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in leading executive meetings and technical workshops.
• Capable of working independently and addressing complex challenges with limited documentation.
